BIO based Chemical

This chemical is used in both the pre-tanning and post-coating stages of leather processing. It is made from environmentally friendly materials as an alternative to petrochemical-based chemicals. The raw materials for this chemical come from agricultural waste, using renewable resources to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, it does not generate additional carbon dioxide and contribute to the greenhouse effect in the atmosphere. It is considered a green and sustainable product with USDA certification and reduced carbon footprint. Jintanquor Bio NDG

High concentration penetrating emulsifying degreasing agent

1. It is an environmentally friendly and highly efficient degreasing agent for leather production that does not contain APEO (Alkylphenol Ethoxylates), is biodegradable, and has low foam and low COD values.

Application: Rehydration of Wet Blue Leather Produced by Pre-Tanning Water-Based Defatting and Tanning

Jintan Bio KA

Plump and firm type styrene maleic anhydride

1. It provides a tight and fine grain surface, suitable for producing leather that requires polishing. 
2. It also exhibits excellent burnishing properties, making it suitable for corrected-grain leather and suede.
3. When added after the main fatliquor application, it yields a tight and elastic grain surface, making it suitable for soft-grain and nappa leather.

Application:  Chromium Retanning / Retanning / Fatliquoring

 Fine-grained plump polymer

1. It imparts excellent smoothness, tightness, and elasticity to leather. 
2. When used in the initial stages of re-tanning after neutralization, it offers outstanding filling performance

Plump type polymer

1. It provides leather with excellent fullness and softness while maintaining the fine grain of the surface and enhancing its tightness. 
2. It exhibits good light and heat fastness and improves dyeing uniformity. 
3. It enhances adhesion of coating films to the leather during finishing, resulting in better durability. 
4. Suitable for use on waterproof leather.

2. It can increase the fine nap after buffing.

Sulfated synthetic oil

1. This fat is a soft and smooth natural sulfated fat with a tight and moisturizing grain surface.
2. High light and heat resistance, and produces leather with a soft touch and no odor. 
3. It is suitable for use in garment leather, nappa leather, and more.

Jintanquor Bio NV8

Grease oil skin surface oil for roller coating of finishing section

1. Jintanquor Bio NV8 is soluble in various solvents such as benzene, alcohols, and petroleum spirits. 
2. It provides excellent surface oiliness and strong color-changing effects for various leather types, including full-grain leather, nubuck, Crazyhorse leather, and suede. 
3. Jintanquor Bio NV8 is solvent-free.

Soft and dense synthetic oil

1. It has good lightfastness, no odor, and does not loosen the grain when used in making white leather. 
2. It has a waxy feel and can reduce knotting inside the drum during wet-blue processing. 
3. Generally, it results in soft leather with a good hand feel, no odor, short fibers, and a glossy appearance. 
4. The leather appears full, soft, has good heat resistance, a waxy feel, and excellent buffing effects.

Application:  Pre-Fatliquoring / Main Fatliquoring

Jintanquor Bio N7

Environmentally friendly dynamic waterproof reinforcing agent

1. It does not contain fluorine compounds or solvents. 
2. It is primarily used to stabilize and enhance the dynamic waterproofing effect of waterproof polymers. 
3. It is resistant to weak acids, chromium powder, and highly hard water. 
4. It is suitable for use as a waterproof reinforcement agent in combination with all waterproof fatliquors, stabilizing and enhancing the dynamic waterproofing effect. 
5. It can reduce the water absorption of the leather, enhance static waterproofing, and provide excellent capillary action. 
6. The recommended usage range is 1~2% according to leather waterproofing standards and requirements. 
7. It exhibits good heat and light resistance and excellent emulsification.

2. It is used in the process of non-fluorine water repellent spray coating to enhance water repellent and water resistance.

Special low water absorption type waterproof discoloration wax for finishing roller coating 

1. This product is a high-concentration natural waterproof wax that does not contain any solvents or water, with a melting point of approximately 60°C. 
2. It is suitable for waterproofing oil-tanned leather, oiled leather, and Crazyhorse leather. It offers a smooth and durable feel, as well as strong color-changing effects.
3. It can effectively improve the properties of leather with poor data and increase the dynamic waterproofing values of waterproof leather. It also significantly reduces dynamic water absorption and lowers static water absorption values.
