Strong and solid security defense

JINTEX is committed to innovation and safety, green sourcing and products, as well as maintaining integrity in customer service. Adhering to high standards such as REACH-SVHC, Oeko-Tex, and ZDHC-MRSL, we ensure the safety of our products by requiring suppliers to eliminate harmful substances, starting from the raw materials. Our dedication extends to the development of environmentally friendly products, incorporating bio-based materials to reduce carbon emissions.
Customer satisfaction surveys drive continuous improvement in service quality, while our approach to supplier partnership and management centers around social responsibility, ensuring the sustainability of the entire supply chain. JINTEX is dedicated to crafting products that are safe, eco-friendly, and competitive, contributing to the ongoing journey towards sustainable development.

Robust Security and Defense

● Innovation and Safety

In compliance with European REACH-SVHC, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, ZDHC-MRSL, GOTS, and bluesign BSSL requirements, suppliers are required to eliminate relevant chemical substances from the outset or ensure safety and low toxicity in accordance with regulations. Given that our products are primarily used in markets related to wearing or skin contact, we prioritize safety and compliance with regulations right from the raw material stage. To meet the product application needs of downstream customers, we refer to ZDHC-MRSL and provide customers with a positive product list that complies with ZDHC-MRSL specifications, ensuring non-toxic products at least once a year. JINTEX has not encountered any illegal incidents related to the management of harmful substances. To date, we have not faced any cases of legal violations or penalties in the provision and use of our products and services.

●Green Sourcing of Raw Materials and Product and Service Labeling

All products manufactured by JINTEX are made from materials that comply with various legal regulations. We use the European REACH-SVHC list of highly concerning substances, updated every six months, and the restricted substance list based on new customer requirements to keep our green supply chain system in sync. This ensures a rapid and effective reduction in the environmental impact of our products and services. Since 2015, we have been committed to greening the dyeing and finishing auxiliaries, introducing green energy products rich in bio-based characteristics. These bio-based products, as opposed to petrochemical products without bio-based structures, demonstrate environmentally friendly characteristics with reduced carbon emissions during the production process. Due to the rising trend of environmental consciousness and awareness, the demand for these bio-based green energy products has been increasing year by year, with a total production volume exceeding 1,000 tons to date. We continue to procure bio-based raw materials for research, development, and production of bio-based products. Bio-based raw materials are derived from plants and use photosynthesis to reduce carbon dioxide, replacing high-energy-consuming petrochemical materials. Bio-based products have obtained certification from the U.S. Department of Agriculture(USDA) as BioPreferred products, contributing to sustainable development in production and manufacturing.

JINTEX's products and packaging come with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and comply with GHS regulatory requirements to ensure correct product usage. In response to incidents involving industrial materials being mixed into food, we have strengthened advocacy and labeling on our product SDS sheets with a warning that explicitly states 'Not for use in food.' To date, we have not encountered any legal violations related to product and packaging labeling.

● Customer Integrity and Service

JINTEX adheres to the spirit of professional service, with a business philosophy that places customer priority at its core. We focus on precise R&D to create high-value-added products, aiming to grow together with our business partners both upstream and downstream, fostering a win-win relationship. We manufacture high-quality and stable specialty chemicals to provide our customers with excellent products that create added value and competitiveness.

Through customer satisfaction surveys, we identify key indicators that meet customer needs and actively work on improving any deficiencies. We continually enhance customer satisfaction, creating excellent service quality and building trust in our brand.

● Supplier partnership and management

JINTEX is committed to the practice of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and has formulated a 'Supplier Management Policy.' We require both domestic and foreign new suppliers to sign a 'Supplier Social Responsibility Commitment' that obligates them to adhere to relevant regulations in areas such as environmental protection, safety, and hygiene. This collaborative effort aims to enhance corporate social responsibility. While our main suppliers are well-known and have long-standing relationships with us, we still include clauses in relevant documents stating that if there is any violation of their corporate social responsibility-related regulations, or if they significantly impact the environment and society, we reserve the right to terminate procurement at any time.

We also conduct CSR questionnaire surveys for new domestic and foreign suppliers. The questionnaire covers various aspects, including environmental practices, human rights, labor practices, and social impacts. This helps us assess whether the supplier complies with relevant regulations concerning the environment, human rights, labor practices, and social impacts.
