#Enzyme

Jintexyme

Deoxygenation/Depilling/Depulping Enzymes

The Jintexyme enzyme series offers products designed for different requirements and stages of the production process.

1. BTH:

This enzyme performs excellently in neutral or acidic environments and is ideal for removing fuzz and cotton balls that result from extended wet treatments or garment dyeing. It is suitable for natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, and silk, enhancing fabric brightness, cleanliness, color retention, and softness. In denim fabric treatment, it results in clear and uniform textures and a distinct vintage appearance.

2. DZH:

Specifically formulated for removing starch pulps from natural fibers, DZH is versatile and can be used in various processing methods, including continuous hot washing, steaming for rapid de-pulping, cold immersion, hot immersion, roller heating, continuous steaming de-pulping, continuous immersion de-pulping, and continuous washing machine de-pulping. It efficiently and uniformly breaks down chemical pulps and starch pulps during the de-pulping process, without compromising fiber strength or affecting subsequent dyeing negatively.

3. OEM:

Designed for processes that require the removal of hydrogen peroxide, OEM offers fast and effective results even at low temperatures. It does not adversely affect equipment, processed materials, and ensures improved reproducibility while minimizing batch variations.
