2016
- Established joint venture subsidiary company Qingdao Fortune Trade Company in Qingdao.
- Establishment of subsidiary manufacturing site Full in Viet Nam Company Limited in Vietnam in order to bring to our downstream better and faster service.
2015
- Awarded the Textile Research Achievement Award by Textile Research and Development Association International.
2014
- Second Application for conversion of the secured convertible bond converted into common share provided a paid-up capital of 720 million NTD.
- JINTEX, the first Asian company to become Associate Member of ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) - a group of major apparel and footwear brands committed to lead the endeavor to achieve zero emission of harmful substances.
2013

- Expansion to India Textile Market and establish Jindo Chemical Solutions Private Limited, Obtain Ministry of Economics, 【Innovative Specialty Chemical R & D Centre】.
- Obtain Ministry of Economics, Industrial Development Bureau JINTEX Green Supply Chain Management.
