JINTEX is the leading manufacturer of textile and leather specialty chemicals. The company has made dedicated efforts in the field of green chemicals for many years. Various non-toxic, green products that conform to EHS (Environmental friendly / Health / Safety) principles have been released in quick succession. In addition, JINTEX launched the miDori® series eco-friendly biomass agents by adopting the Swiss BST (Beyond Surface Technology). The company also constantly adds new high-end processed aids such as odor eliminating and sterilizing agents, cool sensation agents, and mosquito repellents.

JINTEX TA-YUAN Facilities


In 2014, JINTEX not only led the industry in the acquisition of bluesign certifications for over 200 products & over 150 ZDHC GATEWAY 3 stars products but also became the first official ZDHC member in Asia. In addition, JINTEX served as a ZDHC training and demonstration unit in the field of chemical safety control in 2016, assuming a key role in the monitoring of green textile norms.

YEAR ACHIEVEMENT
1978 JINTEX Limited is founded. The company starts by distributing textile additives and industrial chemicals for many well-known international companies.
1983 The company's first plant in Nan-Kan, Tao-Yuan County starts production.
1986 A joint venture agreement is entered with a French counterpart, Protex Chemicals Ltd., enabling JINTEX to acquire advanced synthetic reaction technology.
1987 The new plant in Da-Yuan goes into production using high quality equipment and R&D facilities to upgrade the manufacturing process and research capability.
1994 JINTEX establishes P.T. Jindo Industry, a subsidiary in Indonesia.
1995 JINTEX enters an agreement with West-Penetone Corporation of Canada, thereby receiving the manufacturing rights to produce various bio-degradable industrial cleaners and sanitizers, as well as the right to use West-Penetone's trademark on JINTEX products.
1996 JINTEX successfully completes its ISO 9001 Accreditation Program and is awarded the ISO 9001 Assurance Certificate by TUV Rheinland, Germany.
1998 Foshan Fubou Fine Aux. Co. Ltd., Guangdong, China, is completed and commences production.
2000 Shanghai Fubin Fine Chemicals Co. Ltd., Shanghai, China, is completed and begins production.
2002 JINTEX succeeds in the industrial production of leather processing chemicals.
2003 JINTEX applies to become a public traded company on the Taiwan stock market.
JINTEX successfully starts the sales of electronic industrial chemicals.
JINTEX becomes the sole distributor for the sales of DUPONTTM TEFLON® leather protector in Greater China.
2004 JINTEX (India) starts operation, aiming at the expansion of India, Central Asia, and Europe markets.
Plans are made to establish the third plant in China, in order to increase production Capacity and support continued sales growth.
JINTEX becomes the sole distributor for leather finishing products of Sommer S.P.A., Italy in Southern China Region.
2005 JINTEX becomes an OTC listed company on the Taiwan stock market.
JINTEX introduces laFanta®, specialty chemicals for functional processing, to the global market.
Received award from Ministry of Economics - 8th Rising Star Award.
JINTEX introduces laFanta, specialty chemicals for functional processing, to global market.
2006 JINTEX starts the construction of its third production site in China.
2007 JINTEX proceeds strategic alliance with a major partner in Bangladesh, JINTEX's biggest foreign market, to start the construction of a production site.
Plans are made to establish a production plant in Vietnam.
2008 Complete and commence production - Suzhou Fubin Chemical Co. Ltd., Changshu Branch.
2009 Development of flexible Dye Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC) in textile application.
The first Asian textile auxiliary's producer which is bluesign supporter and conform with the requirements and obtain bluesign® System Partner.
2010 Establishment of GH Bangkok Co., Ltd. In Thailand to integrate customer requirements in South East Asia market.
Signed joint sales and operation contract with Mr. Su-Cheng Chang for joint venture in China on Coating Auxiliaries and industrial Auxiliaries.
JINTEX is awarded ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard awarded by TUV Rheinland, Germany.
Obtain approval from Ministry of Economics Industrial Development Bureau as Business Operation Group Headquarters.
2011 Expansion to India Textile Market and establish Jindo Chemical Solutions Private Limited,
Obtain Ministry of Economics, [Innovative Specialty Chemical R & D Centre].
Obtain Ministry of Economics, Industrial Development Bureau JINTEX Green Supply Chain Management.
2012 Received certification from Ministry of Economic Affairs Taiwan Intellectual Property Management Instrumentation (TIPS).
2013 Received certification from Ministry of Economics.
Establish JINTEX Vietnam and expand deeper into Southeast Asia Market.
Received award for best performing company from Ministry of Economics, Industrial Technology Development Program.
Received certificate from TUV Rheinland Group for achieving [Carbon Foot printing] of products.
2014 Second Application for conversion of the secured convertible bond converted into common share provided a paid-up capital of 720 million NTD.
JINTEX, the first Asian company to become Associate Member of ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) - a group of major apparel and footwear brands committed to lead the endeavor to achieve zero emission of harmful substances.
2015 Awarded the Textile Research Achievement Award by Textile Research and Development Association International.
2016 Established joint venture subsidiary company Qingdao Fortune Trade Company in Qingdao.
Establishment of subsidiary manufacturing site Full in Viet Nam Company Limited in Vietnam in order to bring to our downstream better and faster service.
2017 Innovation R&D Center Completed.
Awarded the Taiwan Chemical Technology Industry Elite Award - Excellence in R&D Awards.
Awarded the GLOBAL TOP 10 ZDHC GATEWAY - Chemical Module Pioneer.
2018 JINTEX Vietnam R&D and production center completed.
