Nylon Moisture Management Solutions

This line includes two products, Jintex QDN-817 and JintexBio NPU-913, both specifically designed for nylon materials to significantly enhance moisture absorption and durability.

1. Jintex QDN-817: This product uses a special multi-anchor polymer structure that bonds well with nylon fibers. It offers excellent moisture absorption, using copolymer hydrophilic functional groups to enhance moisture management and modify the fabric to be more hydrophilic. Additionally, Jintex QDN-817 can adjust its molecular structure during processing to provide quick moisture-wicking, keeping fabrics dry and comfortable.

2. JintexBio NPU-913: This is a low-carbon, sustainable polymer product, offering a greener, carbon-reducing option for customers. It features block hydrophilic functional groups that provide uniform and superior moisture absorption and quick-drying capabilities. JintexBio NPU-913 also uses a 3D network structure formed by crosslinking multi-branched monomers, which tightly bonds with nylon fibers. This helps maintain the elasticity and softness of nylon, with high wash durability, making it an ideal choice for long-lasting performance.

Nylon Bisphenol-Free Fixing agent

Another highlight of the event is the Jintex Jinfix PA-5402, a high-molecular-weight bisphenol-free acid fixative. It does not contain harmful substances like bisphenol A or bisphenol S and complies with EU regulations and major brand chemical requirements. Jinfix PA-5402 has minimal impact on color and feel, does not affect hydrophilicity, and meets the bluesign restricted substances list, making it environmentally friendly. This product is particularly suitable for sportswear, underwear, and yoga wear.
