Nylon Auxiliaries

Polyamide is also known as Nylon. Nylon is a man-made fiber containing the characteristics of natural fiber. Therefore, it is very suitable to blend with other fibers to make quality and durable composite fibers. The advantages of nylon include toughness, high wear resistance, smoothness, lightweight, anti-insect, anti-fungal, anti-static, anti-pilling and anti-deformation. Nylon fabrics are massively used in diving suits, slimming clothes & pants, wetsuits, fishing pants, thermal clothes, backpacks, reusable bags, can sleeves and even materials for construction.

JINTEX provides various auxiliaries for pretreatment, dyeing and finishing of Nylon fiber.

Nylon Pretreatment

Remove oil, slurry and other impure substances used in the weaving process by scouring with a penetrating agent. The scouring penetrating agent minimizes the potential defecting the back-end processes to increase the yield through changing the surface tension and the combination of the lipophilic side and impure substances to generate micelles by emulsification and dispersion and rinsing by the hydrophilic side.

Nylon Dyeing

The dyeing theory of nylon is to affect the change of the isoelectric point through the pH value of solutions to make the nylon fiber positively charged and then generate the bonding of ionic bonds with a sulfate negative charge in acid dyes. Therefore, agents such as acid releasing agents are particularly crucial in pH value control.
